So when you want to get out for a day of sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, you don't want to be concerned about boat maintenance, slip fees or all the little costs associated with owning a boat. That's why the Club offers the best possible solution - an entire fleet of easy-to-sail J/80's Sonar's, Cal 22's, Harbor 20's and Ideal 18 daysailers that are always ready and waiting for you at either location. So when the wind is right and you're inclined, reserve your boat and go sailing. The Club is far more economical and easier than chartering or renting - and the boats are ready to go when you are.

Harbor 20's - The Classic Modern Daysailer
There's a better and more economical way to go sailing than renting or chartering a sailboat. Join the Club and have immediate access to a fleet of modern daysailers like the Club's Harbor 20 sailboats.
The Schock-designed Harbor 20's blend the classic beauty of a traditional daysailer with state-of-the-art marine technology. While the Harbor 20 presents a graceful shearline, its thoroughly modern underbody and rig make for a fast and easily-handled contemporary daysailer.
With incredible stability and loads of conveniences, the Harbor 20 can be rigged in minutes and sailed single-handedly, or with a group. There's no better opportunity to share sailing excitement with friends and family-whether they're seasoned sailors or not.
The J/80 - The Family Fun Rocketship
Sailing can be the world's best family sport and the Club makes it incredibly easy and convenient. The key is a boat that holds the attention and interest of many types of sailors - without the hassles of slip fees, maintenance, insurance and trailers. The Club's fleet of J/80 sailboats offer it all, with thrilling 15 knot rides under spinnaker or relaxed sunset cruises with mainsail only. SAILING WORLD rated J/80 as easier to handle, less intimidating, and safe - an ideal boat for day sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.
Thanks to its 1400lb. fixed lead keel, the Club's J/80's have a big-boat feel and require less crew - although there's plenty of room for the whole family or crew of friends. The boom is high for safety and good visibility. No one has to clamber over a cabin top because everyone sits in the 12 ft. long cockpit. Even toddlers are contained by playpen-high cockpit sides.
